If you're reporting a problem from inside the app, tap Profile → Help & support. The email composer opens pre-filled with information that helps us diagnose your issue faster. You don't have to fill in anything technical yourself — just describe what happened.
Frequently asked questions
How do I create a coloring page?
Open the app, pick a photo from your library (or take a new one), choose a style, and tap Create. The coloring page is ready in seconds — you can save it to your device, print it, or share it.
What happens to the photos I upload?
Photos you upload are processed in real time and immediately discarded from our servers. We don't keep copies. The resulting coloring page is delivered to your device and stays there.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store account, not in Penna directly. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions, and find Penna in the list. From there you can cancel or change plan.
I bought a subscription but the app still shows me as Free.
Penna usually picks your subscription up automatically the next time you open the app. If it doesn't, open any subscription screen inside Penna (for example, tap Unlock in Profile) and tap the Restore Purchase link near the bottom — that re-checks your purchase history with Apple. If the issue persists, email us at support@getpenna.com and we'll verify it on our side.
Can I print the coloring pages I create?
Yes. Penna's output is sized for standard letter or A4 paper. From the result screen tap the print or share icon — you can print directly to an AirPrint-compatible printer, save to Files, or share to any printing service.
Does Penna work on iPad?
Yes — Penna runs on both iPhone and iPad.
Is Penna available outside the United States?
Yes. Penna is available worldwide on the App Store, except in territories where we don't currently offer service.
